I need some help about which is to decide for my post-workout drink.
I bought Champion nutrition and BioX whey protein and here what’s in them:
1>. Champion nutrition has: pure, specially-filtered, and ion-exchange whey protein and partially hydrolyzed whey protein.
2>. BioX has engineered protein blend consisting of ion exchanged whey protein, sodium casseinate, and egg albumin.
Which is better than the other?
