I was wondering what some of you thought about the debate between whey isolate protein vs whey concentrate protein. I’m confused because the isolate people say that concentrate is just a buncha garbage and chicken lips mixed together. They say that 100% of isolate gets absorbed and barely any whey concentrate gets absorbed. Input would be greatly appreciated.
