hye guys i’ve managed to get my hands on some whey hydroslate hehe :D. okay since i don’t have much of this stuff i want to optimize its use. currently i have this in mind
1-2hours before workout–>2cups of white rice(i think it’s slow digesting carb?)
15min before workout–>20grams of whey hydroslate
5min before workout–>30-40grams of dextrose
right before workout–>10g leucine
during workout–>[still don’t know]
after workout–>20g protein,10g leucine,70g dextrose
anybody care to help me improve it? :))
as for me ordering from Biotest, i want to finish my current supplies before i’ll start ordering from Biotest

yes i have. but for now i’m limited to whey hydroslate+leucine+dextrose. so this was the plan i was thinking of using…anything wrong with it?

Do this(based on CT’s advice):
45 mins before workout–> 1-2cups of white rice
15min before workout–>20grams of whey hydroslate+50g dextrose
during workout–> 20g whey hydro + 5g leucine
60 mins after workout–>25g whey hyrdo + 10g leucine
