Does anybody have info, or know where I can find info on the effects of eating whey as a stand alone protein source. Specifically I refer to it leading to juvenile diabetes. I use whey powder alot with P+F shakes and in oatmeal and such as the stand alone protein b/c I’m allergic to dairy and sensitive to casein. (sucks, I know) and one can only eat so much meat in a day. So I’m a little concerned about adverse of effects of using whey by itself.
Can anyone give me info on this?
