Where to put the Maximal Weights Training

Hi. I just read Poliquin’s article on Training arms with maximal weights. I was wondering where it goes though. Does it get a day all to itself? I was hoping i could train it along with the rest of my workout.
On day one, i train:

decline sit up
powerclean
deadlift
pullup
overhead press
shrug
calves

On day two, i train:

decline sit up
snatch high pull
squat
barbell row
bench press
calves

The maximal weights training involves adding 2 exercises for biceps and 2 for triceps. So it is alright to incorporate it into my workout without risking overtraining?
