where do you measure to determine bodyfat? i seem to be coming up with these crazy numbers they just dont seem right like 53%…is there a certain formula? im 5’8" at 193lbs…most of it im my gut…thanks in advance…-chris
Chris - you need to get your body fat measured by a professional first. You could buy your own calipers which usually come with a formula or do a quick search over the internet and come up with a formula. You could also buy a Tanita impedance scale. Just pick one method and stick with it the whole time.
