I’m really interested in learning the oly lifts but the only problem is I don’t know where to learn them. I live in southern new hampshire if that makes a difference. I guess what I’m asking is if any of you got coached in the lifts how did you find the coach? I have no idea where to start.
edit: for the record I’m 17 so I don’t think a university would work
Id say a great place to ask would be any local universit. The coaches there even if they dont have an oly program should know someone in the area. may also ask Dan John in his locker room’

i checked usaweightlifting.org but the closest place is in conn, that’s way too far away for me.
Dan John’s thread is just about the V-diet i thought…
Just because your 17 means nothing about going to a Uni and talking to coaches if anything your interest may get them interested in you
