Just like the dentists, the physical therapists seem like the right people to go to for a once in a while “check up” (especially for us lifters). We all have nagging injuries and pains and I just want to get somewhat of an evaluation to see why I hurt or whether anything is off about my body that may lead to pain in the future. Do you guys know where I can get this attention? should I just talk to therapists and see?
