I’m beginning a program to put 30 pounds of muscle on. I’m going to begin with GVT2000 and follow the Massive Eating diet plan. In the GVT2000 article it states that this is a 3-4 week program. What program would you suggest I follow after? I’m 24, been lifting since high school but not for mass gain (sprinting). I’ve been reading T-mag for quite a while and clearly understand the importance of tempo, diet, and recovery. Any suggestions?
See where your weakness is after that, you might need to concentrate on certain muscles to let them catch up to the rest of your body. I would choose a program closer to the time.
