I just finished my first bikini comp 3 months ago, and most of the feedback was that I needed to continue to build more muscle overall. I’ve been putting work in on my glutes and shoulders and hamstrings. I’m naturally quad dominant so I have been neglecting specific work on the quads.
With the bikini look in mind, where should I start/stop/continue to focus building most?
Do you have any pics from the comp you can post? Those would be the most useful for giving you feedback, as they show what you currently look like in contest shape.
Shoulders, arms, calves, chest, back, pretty much everywhere. Still.
And don’t neglect quad work. Your Quads looks fairly normal.
