Where to Add Reverse Lunges and Farmer Walks?

I am in my early 60s and wanted to add to my workouts. Are they good where I have them or should I swap the around?

Bench 5 Pros
Chins 3x10
Reverse Lunge 3x10

Thursday
Dead Lift 5 Pros
Press 5 Pros
DB Rows 3x10
Farmer Walks 3 sets

I would flip them so you get your quads on Thursdays and your core on Mondays. Plus, your grip will likely be pissed from deadlifts on Thursdays which might screw up your Farmer’s Walks.
