Where to Add 14 Pounds of Muscle?

I wasn’t being pedantic nor was a criticizing his interpretation. I was merely opening up the discussion by stating how 14lbs of pure muscle would look on the shoulders of an average skinny guy.

I do however like what you did and i would however have done the same had i been in a similar situation.

14 pounds of extra lats. The only time lats can be too big is when you buy clothes.

1lb per pec
1lb per shoulder
1/2lb per bicep
1/2lb per tricep
1lb per forearm
1lb per calf
1&1/2lbs per lat
1lb for da traps

that would be pretty good. evenly spread out (minus quads/hammies which are already my biggest bodypart)

I would agree. Also from a balance perspective you can add that muscle to your back without effecting posture/joints as much as if you were to add it to your pectorals. I think an article from last weeks T-Mag says that you can never really train too much back.
