Amid their death throes of “you should only eat 3 eggs per week” and “don’t take that supplement, here, eat some more high fructose corn syrup, it’s made from corn so it’s all natural” he is making himself strong with every death of those worthless fucking dietitians.
Ideas: He could just send them copies of his theories and observations, and I’d expect 80% of them to shoot themselves in their own heads.
For those who survive, he could simply hurl dominican casaba fruit dipped in anabolic dominican mango juice through their windows. Since they lack structural integrity and functionality based on his overhead squat principle, they don’t stand a chance of surviving a direct hit.
Finally he could get his legendary female speed skater to visit them and strangle them with her ginormous quads.
