Where Do I Go From Here?

I’m totally a newbie to training but nearly finished with the nine-week eating and lifting plan featured in the book called “The Testosterone Advantage Plan.” I’d love to hear some opinions of the program, but more importantly, I’m wondering where I go from here.

Again, I’ve never really trained consistently for more than a few months straight. I’ll brace myself and listen to your answers. Thanks.
