I’m really enjoying reading all the bodybuilding information on here.
I am working on a project about bodybuilders in California and all the tips
posted have really helped me out.
My only problem is finding a bodybuilder here in California to talk to.
I’ve been looking for months. A few people told me to go to Golds Gym but I’ve had no luck there. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction? I would just like to find a bodybuilder here in California that could fill me in on what it takes to be a bodybuilder, like training, diet etc…
