When You Run Out of Protein Powder!


What kind of pre/post workout food/shake do you use instead?

Had a instant carnation breakfast mixed with a cup of egg-white and a bowl of oatmeal. As a post workout snack I had a cup of egg white, half a cup of cottage cheese (skim I think), a can of sardines, a cup of grapes and two small yogurt cups.

I try mix up protein types and get some good fat/acceptable carbs in.


I drink more milk, have some egg whites, greek yogurt,


I start drinking alot of milk.


I never run out of protein.


buy in bulk so you don't run out.

its pretty simple.


This. Its not really that hard if you involve some planning and such. If you run out of money, well thats a different story.
