When You Get Sick..

When you guys get sick during a specific program (in my case O.L.A.) and you miss a few days, do you usually start over that specific week? or do you just start over from the beginning? O.L.A. is only a 3 weeker so I was just wondering what I would be better off doing…Start back with the 7x5 or just start the 2nd week over which is a 6x3?
