It’s certainly become chic to rip on ‘I, BODYBUILDER’ (and this site, in general), hasn’t it.
Yeah, and it’s getting old.
It is but I think that it is crappy marketing from Biotest to announce a program and then not have it available for months on end. They should get it finished first, then hype it up for about a month and then release it. And if its as retarted as the V-Diet I will be highly disappointed.
Learn to spell retarded before using the word, the irony is painful.
And way to completely miss the point of the two posts you quoted jackass.

What?
Who the hell tries to avoid gaining strength? The ONLY people like that are the newbs who can;t figure out why they aren’t growing while curling that 15lbs dumbbell. More people like that are not needed.

I think you missed his sarcasm, you retart.
Sarcasm aside, I think Typhoon summed it up best: can’t everybody just get along. I think there’s enough room for every strenght athlete, whatever the specific goals.

I wouldn’t want to try and speak for Tim and/or TC, but this site has typically tried to align its preference more toward a strength training community as opposed to just pure bodybuilding. It’s closed minded to think that bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongmen, O-lifters, etc… cannot co-exist and each learn something from the others. Strong recognizes strong.
