lets assume i drink 2 scoops of Surge Recovery a day. I’ve been drinking 2 scoops in 16oz water immediately after my workout so far, but ive been doing some reading and hear some people talking about Surge Recovery BEFORE workout. For optimal strength and size gains, is it best to drink 2 scoops right after a work out or 1 scoop before and 1 scoop after?
in the grand scheme of things it won’t matter. If your workout lasts longer than an hour, I would probably split it up. Also dependent upon how long your pre-workout meal is before the workout
I prefer, and have noted best results when, using Surge Recovery PWO.
I also use Surge Workout Fuel immediately before and during training.
