I am training for Judo, and I have considered including Fat Gripz to increase strength in my forearms and hands. Are there any exercises for which the use of Fat Gripz is generally contraindicated? For some reason, I remember Poliquin saying not to use them on certain exercises, yet he seemed to encourage their use most of the time in other articles. Please let me know what you think if you have time. I really appreciate all the incredible information and aid you provide us.
