How do you take it, before or after meals? Does it interfere with the absorption of nutrients?
I used to add it to my protein shakes personally…I just can’t imagine adding it to just water or any other liquid…I’m not sure how else I could have tolerated how thick it got and how much water was required for it to dissolve.
First thing in teh morning with my DMAE and Pira and Leucine. Don’t let it sit too long or it’ll gel-up.
