I just started cutting a little weight and unfortunately the best time for me to do cardio is right after lifting. Would it be better for me to take my protein shake right before cardio (45 minutes) or after or does it not really matter? Thanks for any responses.

Have the shake before if youre going to cardio for that long
dont do cardio
take shake after hard lifting, within 30 mins of your last set.
take it after weight training...
during weight training have a bottle filled with ice cold water so you can replendish and refuel your muscles for the next set.
