When to Take Metabolic Drive?

I have Metabolic Drive Lo-Carb and Grow!. Should I only be using the Metabolic Drive at night? Any suggestions on the optimal times to use Metabolic Drive? peri-workout, pwo… etc.

It’s tough to answer this without knowing your eating and supplement schedule, but basically use Metabolic Drive or Grow! any time you want more protein in your diet.

I often mix a scoop of Metabolic Drive in cooked oatmeal, with blueberries, for breakfast. I also will mix 2 scoops in water for additional protein between meals.

Its an ‘all day’ kinda shake. The casien in it is a slow release protein, keeps you feeling fuller for longer. I have it at breakfast and last thing at night.

I have Metabolic Drive shake twice a day, I add a teaspoon of organic peanut or almond butter to it at night before bed, and in the morning for breakfast.
