Ya ya ya ya I know it doesn’t matter when you take it. But seriously, when would be the best time to take it? Should I take after I lift or before, first thing in the morning, with food, without food, etc? I’m going to take it 2x a day as well. What’s the best way. Thank you for your input men.
When saying that I think it doesn’t make a difference, this is because if there’s a best time relative to other events (e.g. arising, going to sleep, working out) I cannot tell the difference and if anyone has been able to, I didn’t know of that. But as to whether to take with food or without, with food is probably better.
