The HOT-ROX bottle says to take the product on an empty stomach prior to breakfast.
Here’s my morning schedule - please let me know when I should be taking it.
5:00am - wake up and take thyroid medicine (levoxyl), which the manufacturer says should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hour prior to eating.
5:15am - 6:15am workout
6:15am - post workout protein drink
7:00am - off to work
8:00am - breakfast at work
10:30am - snack
12:30pm - lunch
3:00pm - snack
6:00pm - dinner
9:00pm - cottage cheese or low carb grow, then to bed.
Is it okay to take with my protein drink at 6:15am, or will it mess with absorption? If I took it at 6:15am, then 6 hours later would be right before lunch. Should I wait till 7am to take it? Is eating breakfast at 8am too late?
