I will start an epistane cycle next week, and I will use tamoxifen citrate afterwards. I may be splitting hairs here, but what is the optimal way to time the dosages of these chemicals?
I was figuring on taking 1/2 the day’s epistane dose before working out and evenly spacing the rest throughout the remainder of the day and evenly spacing out the tamoxifen citrate during PCT days. Opinions??
