I have been training for a couple years now. I have built my lifts up consistently, but I am more concerned with the BB aspect of things (aesthetics vs weight lifted). At what point should someone like me switch to a BB type split?
Right now I'm using a upper lower split 4 days a week. I'm 5'10" and 175lbs. Bench is around 240x1 Dead is about 340x1 Box Squat was 215x3 last session. What do you guys think? Switch or stay?
