When to Switch to BB Split?

I have been training for a couple years now. I have built my lifts up consistently, but I am more concerned with the BB aspect of things (aesthetics vs weight lifted). At what point should someone like me switch to a BB type split?

Right now I’m using a upper lower split 4 days a week. I’m 5’10" and 175lbs. Bench is around 240x1 Dead is about 340x1 Box Squat was 215x3 last session. What do you guys think? Switch or stay?

How does cardio best fit into a 5 day split? Just after the weight training?

You think I have adequate strength levels to switch to a more “advanced” type split? How does cardio best fit into a 5 day split? Just go after the weight training? Short sprint sessions, KB Swings, etc…?
