Once again…looking for opinions - hopefully from people who have experience concerning my question. Is there a general concensus on how “fat” one should get while putting on mass before starting to diet down again? Is there a point when “? percent” fat becomes difficult to lose? I’m 5’7", 183 (heaviest ever) with approximately 10-11% bodyfat. I would definitely say I am carrying the most fat I have ever carried. I would LOVE to get up to 195 (or the mighty 200), but I don’t know how much I should gain (in terms of bodyfat) before it is going to difficult to get back to my normal 7-9%. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of feedback on the “Get Big Diet” from T-mag. Any comments/help truly appreciated!
