When to Eat After HOT-ROX?

It’s recommended to take HOT-ROX on an empty stomach. How soon after taking HOT-ROX, should you consume a meal? I’m trying to give my body 20-30 mins before I have breakfast/lunch after consuming, but I’d like to know ideally.

Sorry if this question has been asked before. I did do a search, but couldn’t find anything specific to eating after consuming.

You can eat immediately after taking Hot-Rox, although some people prefer to wait up to 20 minutes in order to feel its effects faster.

However, in the long run it shouldn’t make a difference in terms of results.

I know a lot of people take it with food and I’ve read that’s ok too. I have to or I feel really sick!
