I really want to add speed pulls to my program. I was wondering can I do them as my warm up for 531 deadlifts?
Do them before your heavy squats.
Or after heavy squats?
i used to do speed pulls every week along with matt rhodes raw squat cycle and i added 110 to my deadlift. granted i was a beginner, it's still funny to have added that much weight to a lift i barely trained.
Or after, lol. I personally find them to be a nice charge up before squats.
