When to Change Your Training Plan?

Hey, after hours of looking for a proper plan and working at it for a couple of days, I’m wondering… (oh oh, he’s wondering) theres a day limit on my workout schedule (Waterbury’s Summer Project) which expands to a duration of time, and I’m wondering, do I do it again, or try a different plan? Or do I keep going with it?

I know its really what I decide, but what is the best choice? I’m trying to slim down and keep my muscle mass (even build it!)
