Hey i recently read an article which i could have sworn was on T-Nation and it was kind of a guideline on when to cut and when to bulk. John Berardi comes to mind of the author, but may have been someone else.
It had research statistics like a more lean person that is bulking will typically add 80% muscle and 20% fat, whereas a more overweight person bulking will add 80% fat and 20% muscle.
It was a good read and i forgot to bookmark it, and a buddy of mine was wanting to read the article. Can anyone help? I tried multiple searches and couldn’t come up with anything. Guess i’ve been reading too many of them recently LOL
