Hi quick question.
When should i add HIIT and complex’s too my workout’s.
I’m trying to drop some body fat and improve cardiovascular fitness, whilst maintaining strength.
Im doing heavy resistance 3 day’s per week and want to add 3 HIIT sprint and KB complex session’s.
Would this be best on my of day’s or after resistance session?
So say mon wends fri heavy resistance
tues thurs sat HIIT and complexe’s
Or mon wends fri heavy reistance followed by HIIT and complex’s?
Let me know, it’s really bugging me and can’t find answer anywhere.
