When Should I Take My Fat Burner

Im starting my fat loss cycle and am wondering if anyone has any sugestions as to when i should take my fat burner

seriously, how about some details. what is your goal? is there a specific date you're trying to reach it by?

hate to ask what your nutrition is like, as taking a fat burner is a mute point if that's not in check

Nutrition

training day

breakfast
-1 cup egg white
-30 grams cheese
-1 bell pepper
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1 tbl spoon almond butter
pre/during/post workout

35 min prior to workout
-1scoope no shotgun
-4 bcaa's
-3 fat burners

during workout

-1 scoop whey
diluted with 1 liter water
or 1 liter water

post

-2 scoop whey protien
-4 bcaa

lunch

-140 grm fat free chicken breast dellie meat
- 1 apple
- 1 tbl spoon almond butter

snack

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 1%
  • 1/3 cup unsalted mixed nuts
  • fatburner

dinner

-170 grms spinach
-2 tbl spoon balsamic vinager
-140 grms fat free turkey breast delie meat
-3 hard boild egg

snack

  • 120 grms turky delie meat

for non training day just take out the pre/during/and post meal

and add a banna 1 scoop whey
