You know, one of my favorite home made shakes is 1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter, ground up steel cut oats (and I mean ground up to a fine powder), a whole banana (sometimes…sometimes not), two scoops of whatever flavor of protein powder that I have at the time, and about 16 ounces of Rice Milk. Good stuff.

As far as my supps go,I consume 3 40 gram protien shakes with glutamine every day,morning,after lift,before bed,creatine before and after lift and gainer at 2pm at work.besides that flax,vites and lots of food.

same here, I drank mine in between breakfast (eggs and oats or corned beef hash) and lunch (peanut butter sandwiches)
