  • Kettlebell Swings (35 lb)
  • Burpees

Got the blood flowing and warmes up before work. Burpees hurt the back, I can’t imagine why sleeping on a camp pad and sitting in a Jeep didn’t heal by back… Looking like the actual gym will start next week. Still undecided on program, deadlifts are looking like they might not be an option for a while. Beginning to wonder of I herniated a disc.
