When/How to Use Leucine and BCAA Structured Peptides?

What is the best way to use these? I suppose I am guessing, but I thought that the BCAAs were primarily to prevent muscle loss during training, and possibly calorie reduction, and to be taken before or during training, while Leucine was to be taken to gain muscle and in the couple of meals after intense training?

Also, leucine, in particular stimulates mTOR, much the same as Micro-PA, so taking it before and during training is a good idea. (That’s one of the reason there’s a lot of leucine in Plazma and MAG-10.

So I have the Leucine structured peptides supp. My question is why might I want to use the BCAAs (which are more expensive) instead of the Leucine?
