I was previously a very bloated 235, as some of you probably remember from my pictures. I am currently down to a much healthier 215, but I still have around 15-17% BF by my estimations.
My strength hasn't dropped, and my lifts are holding steady. I'm currently eating about 100g carbs a day on lifting days, 70ish on non, a very T-Dog like diet. Would it be useful to take Max Strength HOT-ROX at a BF such as mine in order to maintain the LBM I have and speed up fat loss?
