Hi I am new to T-Nation I am 5’11"217 22%body fat. I have been training on and off for 4 years now. Two years ago I was down to 8% body fat and wheighed 172 on the Body For Life program {live and learn}.Now I have a Lot more strength and size than before but my body fat is way to high. My arm size is 17" and my back is huge,but my CHEST size and strenhgt is poor. Back strength is 40%greater than chest. I need to know how to add chest size and strength while loosing fat. At least 10%Any help would be appreciated.
