What's Your Weight & Arm Measurement?

#1

Just looking to compare arm size to height out of curiosity

I'm 185.5 lbs
Arm: 13 1/8th

cold measurements and relaxed please (if you know).

#2

180-185

Arm: 15.5
Neck: 17
Calves: 16

I need some bigger everything, especially arms.

EDIT: I measured flexed and unpumped. I’m 5’10’

#3

165 @ 5’7"
Arms 14.5

Goals for 1 year
175
15.5

Geez, my arms suck. I knew it, lol

I take it the above measurements are not flexed?

I have just added in an arm day though (since doing shoulders with chest wasn’t working any more strength wise), but I still don’t see it making that big of a difference, guess we’ll see.

#5

194lbs, 16"

chest is the biggest, I’ve never measured it though.

#6

Just curious but why relaxed measurement? The arm is by default measured flexed at 90° from torso. Again, just curious.

standard measurement in the fitness field, is the arm in a relaxed state.
Besides, we don’t walk around with our arms flexed.

arm out by the side, parallel to the floor

every other body part is measured relaxed, why do some people flex the arm? for an ego boost?

#8

215

16.5 cold

EDIT: If I must, my arms are 14.5 inches relaxed and cold.

#9

190 and 13 relaxed.

#11

I doubt anyone with your weight would cop to it and post 13" arms…at least you are honest.

I’d agree to disagree, when someone says they have twenty inch arms there talking flexed bicep. If you have ever read a bodybuilding mag (I know they recieve much hate) but they will show guys measuring there arms flexed.

The picture is a 19 inch bicep. Imagine if that was 19 inches unflexed, it would be insane.

#16

yeah, I guess it depends on who is doing the measuring.

It’d be nice though to have one set standard across the board

I just wanted to stipulate for this thread, so I knew that I was comparing apples to apples

What’s your jacket size?

Looks like I’ll need to get past 190 in order to get 16’

#18

Did you want height too?

195lb
14" relaxed: 15.25" flexed
6 ft

#19

yeah, I guess height would matter as well.

I’m 5’8

#20

5’11
158lbs
12’’ cold
13 flexed
