What's Your Opinion on Chickpeas, Lentils, Beans?


I have read your thoughts about the “alkalyne” diet and your seven secrets to rapid fat loss in your website (awesome btw, looking forward to purchase the book), but I almost haven’t seen your thoughts in this kind of foods, what do you think? Are they a good source of CH pre workout? I use to take them before workout with a nice amount of broccoli/greens and a BIG amount of apple cider vinegar, I really like it and its not a problem for me to eat that day after day! Thank you

PD: I know you are not a nutricionist but I appreciate your opinions and thoughts more than most of dieters, nutricionist that are here in spain nowadays
