What's Your Goal?

are your goal to becomme a powerlifter, weightlifter, bodybuilder or do you yust want to look more muskular and be a bit stronger?

my goal is the last one.

I can be more specific:

bodyweight goal: 75kg with 10% bodyfat.

deadlift goal: 5x150kg.

OHpress goal: 5x65kg.

benchpress goal: 5x100kg.

squat goal: dont now yet.

I wanna be in the best shape of my life for my 35th birthday (in 14 month). More details:

  • 85 kg with a six pack (I'm 1,75 m of height)

  • 3/4/5 on the big three (in kgs, is something like 136kg bench, 180kg squat, 225kg dead)

  • run 100m in 11 seconds (italian record for over 35...)

Then, when I get there, I'll try to improve, if possible, and to mantain it as long as possible! Powerlifting is really appealing to me, but I can't do everything :slight_smile:

My goal is to finally look like I hit the gym.

By the end of summer, I want to for reps:
-DB row with 50kg
-dip with 20 kg
-hammer curl with 20 kg
-DB incline 30 kg

  • 30 min of jogging without heart failure :slight_smile:
