I don’t think I could go on without my Fat Gripz.
My home gym is pretty sparse, but I think a landmine device is probably going to be my next purchase.

Ok, seems a little silly. But, I LOVE this thing! Stability ball leg curls had me shifting all over the place and it was hard to get a good burn in both hamstrings equally. This thing works wonders, and is VERY humbling.
I absolutely love when something looks easy, but it turns out to be soul crushing.
That was in my wedding vows.
@Chris_Shugart do knee sleeves count? Those are the most amazing things I’ve found.
If not supportive equipment, bands are probably my favorite (and even that’s loosely a gadget) - they are so versatile it’s incredible.
Slingshot.
That’s a pretty cool idea. I’ve seen some respected strength coaches use devices like this too, so not silly at all.
Hopefully, my Jammer arms when they finally arrive.
Cool! We actually have a video-article coming out Monday on that topic. Here’s a sneak peek:
I agree. I use Fat Gripz on almost everything. Bench, Overhead Press, rows, pull ups, curls, Skull crushers, Lateral raises. They’re so awesome. Essential piece on the road to 20” arms haha
Resistance bands and a power twister
Fat Gripz paired with my resistance bands. This is something I recently discovered. Takes band workouts to the level of machine work.
3 years ago me would’ve crapped all over a band only workout but I think they have their place.
I’ve got some Grip4rce, but I don’t really love them. Sounds like I need to try Fat Gripz.
Not gonna lie, I’ve been seeing some pretty solid vascularity increases while using my BFR Bands.
Could also be that I’m finally leaning out too, but I’ve never been vascular like this.
Can’t speak on behalf of the leg BFR Bands though, i couldn’t get them tight enough to work. When i say “couldn’t” i mean i COULDN’T get them tight enough.
Honorable mention: Mag-Pull cable attachments. Best cable attachments I’ve ever used.
Are you using Surge too? That stuff is awesome for vascularity
Yes, but I’m only doing half scoops on training days (for cut purposes) so the effect is pretty minimal.
To be honest, I’m taking other things that are FAR more likely to increase vascularity than Surge or BFR Bands. But I can see like all my veins when using them, so it’s hard to act like it doesn’t have a noticeable effect.
I’ve had a few different brands of thick grips sent to me over the years for testing. (They’re hoping to get a mention or a review on T Nation.) I’m honest with them. Had to tell one company that their design was just off and that Fat Gripz simply does a better job. I declined to write about the other brand because I didn’t want to slag their company.
I’m also interested in the Fat Gripz less-fat version too. For some exercises (and hand sizes), I think a smaller diameter would be better.
These are 1.75 inches vs. 2.25.
I love my Angles 90 grips. I am also a big fan of the BFR bands for leg work, specifically quad work. I’ve never had a leg pump like I get when using those.
Same, pretty much using those on everything(I’ve had grip problems for years before )
Also dunno if it counts as “gadget”, since I’ve started running last year again, I’ve been a huge fan of inov8 running shoes(it’s pretty much the first manufacturer that ACTUALLY has something for my size 13 feet. Auto win in my book)
I just recently got a set of bands. They are more versatile than I thought. I have enjoyed having them.
