Ever since Excel (or Google Sheets) became available via smartphone, I have been a proponent of logging my training through spreadsheets similar to this
Admittedly, this is sometimes frustrating to manage when on pre-workout who would’ve thought? Anyways, I’m curious how ya’ll like to log your training; do you like certain Apps for this or are you doing it old school with a composition notebook and pen (I used to do this prior to smartphones)?
