If you know what a DFAC is, you know it ain’t conducive to dieting. What’s your DFAC diet plan?
I shoot for low low carb, high fat, high protein.
BFast: eggs, eggs, bacon, eggs, ham.
Lunch: either dark meat chicken with the skin or two hamburger patties with cheese. Plus spinach and broccoli with either cottage cheese or ranch.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
