What's Your Breakfast?

Generally, 3 “fried” eggs and a half cup uncooked rolled oats and blueberries. I dont think thats enough, as in about an hour and a half im starving.

3 omega-3 eggs mixed w/
kale
red onion
mixed berries
Superfood
4 Flameout capsules

I know this is sacrilege, but after going years with 5/6 meals each day I don’t have breakfast during the week. Instead, I drink a protein shake during my morning workout.

I do have breakfast on the weekends, usually a nice big cheat breakfast on one of those days.

Overall it has worked for me. I have been able to stay lean while continuing to gain in my lifts.

I eat this every morning around 7:20am.
3 med size omega-3 eggs (scrambled)
4 pieces of turkey bacon
2 slices of Havarti cheese
1 cup plain oatmeal
1 glass of Orange or Pomegranate juice
1L water

16 ounces whole milk, 2 scoops grow whey, 2 to 3 eggs mixed in with some instant coffee and if I want some more flavor I add sugar free extracts…

I used to love my mocha in the morning so I just make my shake taste like it…

That, and I hate cooking in the am so shakes work soo much better…

you do realize that a protein shake for many folks is considered a meal

Omlette with:
4 Omega-3 eggs
some shredded light havarti
giant handful of spinach

Some blueberries
Cup of green tea
BCAA and Flameout

4 eggs
1C broccoli
Piece of Fruit
1 tbsp olive oil (I just drink it like a shot. mmmmmm)

1 cup oats cooked with 2 cups of milk
adding bran, wheat germ, psylium husk, linseeds, honey and banana, more milk on top.

Then a protein shake and maybe some toast, followed by Flameout, vitamins and my daily dose of anti-crazy capsules.

Going back to work tomorrow so it might be just cereal for a while til I settle in.

.75c whole grain oat meal or Oat bran.
1.5 scoop Metabolic Drive chocolate

blended, then cooked.

4 omega eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup spinach or broccoli
1/2 cup onions
cooked in olive oil

5g fish oil
20oz. water
1 cup black coffee or green tea

3 Scoops Metabolic Drive Complete

then a bit later…

4 whole eggs
1 Fage greek yogurt
1 handful spinach
1 serving Superfood
4 Flameout
