What's YOUR Best Shake?

Ok heres mine:

1 cup oats,
1 cup water,
2 scoops vanilla protein powder,
1 spoon coconut oil,
cinamon,
2 bananas

Optional depending what’s in the cupboard:
Cup of blueberries,
superfood,
creatine,
luecine,
handful of walnuts,
flaxseed

Blended and washed down with Flameout, vit D3, curcumin.

My late night snack shake:

2 Scoops Chocolate Metabolic Drive
2 Tbls Coco Nibs
2 Tbls Flax Meal
Almond Milk

Optional:
Coconut Flakes
Cinnamon

BTW Magic Bullet FTW!

12oz water
2TBS natty PB
1C full fat greek yogurt
1 large banana
10 frozen strawberries
2 scoops vanilla protein powder

replace water with milk and add in some oats for added calories if needed.

delicious.

Before Bed:

1 serving ON’s chocolate casein
2 whole eggs
4 whites
4 oz friendship cottage cheese
12g peanut butter

-67 grams protein
-trivial amount of carbs
-15 grams fat

This is mine for a quick breakfast when I wake up at 9:30pm for my 10pm-7am shift.

240ml of 2% milk (130 calories)
4 large eggs (280 calories)
1 scoop of banana flavored whey isolate (120 calories)

something like 40+ grams of protein.

This is more for convenience than for taste. I suck at eating when I wake up. I want to throw everything up. This keeps it light but still enough calories to carry me for an hour and a half before I take my lunch.

Well… ummm… put some milk and then…aahhh…add a girl to it…with…aaahhh…protein powder…shake ass…ummm… sorry, what was the question?

I’ve often made some version of the following:

Whey (I use unflavoured)
Milk
Heavy cream
Peanut butter (natural is always better)
Banana
1 squirt chocolate Nesquick (“Quick”)

Combine in a blender/magic bullet in whichever proportions you have the taste for. If I don’t have the taste for chocolate, I’ll use honey instead of Quick.

Heres mine
Organic Frozen Berries and Mango
BSN True Mass Vanilla
Oats
Egg Whites
Heavy Cream
Orange Juice
Whole Milk
Flax Seeds
Acai Powder

So tasty! Good weight gain shake too!

Crapload of frozen berries
Protein Powder
Magic Bullet

Cream, vanila whey, lots of mango chunks… That’s it, simply, tasty, and orgasmic.

Hey guise, i have a question. I have a bad habit of waking up late and having to get ready in a hurry and sometimes all i have time for is a shake, which sucks because i love eggs and since i started eating whole eggs again i have a lot more energy and feel much better.

Would it be safe to put uncooked whole eggs into my current breakfast shake?

YES absolutely one hundred percent nothing wrong with raw eggs. As advised above get some good organic free range ones. SAFE. (if you’re super paranoid rinse off the shells thats actually where the salmonella usually comes from)

Here be my shake:

2 Scoops whey
half cup cocnut milk
Blue berries
Oats
.25 cup cottage cheese
and then some other kind of fruit,

I like mangos or peachs myself but bananas are good, pears too.

Strawberries are prob the best as they go really well with the blueberries.

2 scoops vanilla whey iso
2tablespoons evoo
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2cup cocconut pinapple juice
Handful of ice cubes

Tastes like a pina colada
want less calories drop the milk in place of more almond milk and drop the evoo

Nice. What about coconut oil instead of evoo?..since we’re going for pina colada theme

One scoop Vanilla Whey
One scoop Glutamine Peptide
One scoop Creatine Monohydrate
One scoop Fiber
A nice dash of CLA
a nice dash of Omega 3
a bigger dash of Water

WWow thats funny you mention that bc I literally just finished a shake with coconut oil in it instead of evoo. I melted down a huge tablespoon of it and tossed it in then blended it all up.Fuckin Delicious! The coconut oil actualu hardens back up to a solid so there where lil flakes of coconut fat in there.MMMmmmm:-)
