Are you doing a stream of consciousness type thing?

Where whenever a thought about weightlifting pops into your head you start a thread about it?

For the record mine is 183psi

1RM snatch = 205lbs
bw = ~190lbs
front/back squat ATG 345lbs/405lbs
OHS = 190lbs after snatching it

I think if you want to get good at snatching be sure you are also good at OHS and drop snatching. Also, after snatching, add some weight and do snatch pulls.
My only sport these days is lifting.

Iv’e one arm snatched a 106lb kettlebell.Does that count?

Best is 135x2.
No sport; just recreational skiing.
Good mornings and jump squats seemed to boost my numbers. Obviously practicing the lift is vital, but I think the thing to do is to get brutally strong in the squat, deadlift, and overhead press, then turn that strength into power by practicing the lifts.

well done!

As a matter of fact i just snatched 120kg two days ago at a bodyweight of 80kg. I hope to add to this mark in the 77kg class at the Canadian nationals in less than three weeks. Also, best back squat: 220kg. best front squat: 180kg.

125 OH snatch.
95lbs OH squat for 5x5

Does LPM stand for licks per minute? That’s kind of slow.

115kg snatch @ 85kg bodyweight.
160kg atg back squat.

I’m primarily a thrower these days.

Hey they were strict form, I went deep and hard and had full extension with every lick. Sure I could crank out 200 shitty ones, but I was going for quality reps at the same time.
