What's Up With Sodium?

To try and eat healthier I got my self a little George Forman grill for work. One thing I seemed to notice is that EVERY THING has ungodly amounts of sodium in it. I bought Tyson boneless / skinless chicken breasts pre-marinated for easy cooking at work, and each breast had almost 750mg of sodium. That seemed high to me. Any one know what amount of sodium a person be taking in on average?

If it bothers you then buy REAL food and flavor it your self. Cheaper, taste better and probably better for you.

Except for infants, children, and the elderly, the RDA for sodium is 1500mg/day.
