I have been looking through the T-archives and have come across both the Push Press and the Push Jerk. I haven’t found a detailed description, but pictures make them look the same. Can anyone tell me the difference?
I would normally just dismiss this as different names for the same exercise, but they’re are even mentioned together in the same article; Part-Time Beast by Christian Thibaudeau. So if the Ice Dog himself is out there, perhaps he can sort this out for me.
